Teacher Training Programs

For ballet pedagogues wishing to deepen their understanding of Vaganova methodology of Classical Ballet, we offer intensive seminars and individual mentorship. These programs explore:

Structure and logic of the Vaganova training system
Detailed analysis of class content at each level
Technical progression and anatomical considerations
Strategies for correction and musical phrasing in teaching
Supporting techniques (Barre au Sol etc.)

Training format consist of two parts:

On-site at Fouetté Academy in Poznań, Poland – individual or group training.
In the teacher’s own studio or school – our faculty can travel internationally to conduct on-site mentorship and seminars.

Online classes and mentorship – remote training with personalized feedback and evaluation

Examination takes place on-site or online.

Each training concludes with a Certificate of Participation, and ongoing mentorship is available for those seeking long-term pedagogical support.
